Making Changes to an Order

Cancelling an Order:

  • Please inform us at the earliest opportunity if you need to cancel an order.
  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the item has left our facility (1-3 days) and you will be refunded the full amount to the original payment method. Once your order has left our facility for shipping, we cannot remove the shipping charge and you will still be charged (if applicable).
  • If you still wish to cancel the order after leaving our facility for shipping, just wait for the order to arrive, then submit a return request at our Returns Form.

Updating Address Details:


  • Please inform us at info@stylacase.com at the earliest opportunity of changes to address details. We can edit the address details before the order has left our facility (1-3 days).
  • We cannot contact the shipper to update address details once the order has left our facility. The order will then be delivered to the address provided.
  • If this unfortunate event occurs, STYLACASE are here to help and we will provide you the support to resolve the issue. We will replace the order at no extra cost to you, however 'Express'/'Next Day' shipping fees are non refundable (if applicable).
  • In the unlikely event STYLACASE delivered to a different address from the order details, we will be responsible for the cost implications of a replacement at no expense to the customer. Or at the request of the customer, a full refund will be issued.
