Order Processing:

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Print-Lead Time:

• We endeavor to ship all orders at each global location within 2 business days.
• Please note shipping times include processing and print-lead times.
• Standard print and ship lead time: 1-3 business days
• Peak/Holiday season print and ship lead time: 3-5 business days

International Shipping:

• We ship Internationally!
• We ship to 237 countries across the globe.
• We accept payments in the local currency of each country.
• Our manufacture has locations based in the UK, USA, Italy, Australia and S.Korea. We will create, pack and ship your order from the fulfillment location closest to your address. This allows us to ensure fast and efficient shipping times, also contributing to a lower carbon footprint.

Order Priority: 

• Orders are batched according to the time we receive them. We are unable to prioritize specific orders at the request of the customer. Please be aware that Next Day Delivery relates to the day after dispatch and not the day after the order is placed. We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days and cannot prioritize orders with expedited shipping.

Customs/Import Fees:

• It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay Customs Duties and Taxes and charges levied by the country of destination.
