A FREE ONE TIME EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME PRODUCT BUT IN A DIFFERENT DESIGN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

Also, we can guarantee, if you receive a faulty/defective item or an issue with the order due to STYLACASE error, and this is brought to our attention within 14 days of receiving your item, we will accept full responsibility and provide you a money back guarantee or a replacement at no extra cost.

 

For example:

  • STYLACASE Delivered A Defective/Damaged/Faulty Item.
  • STYLACASE Delivered The Wrong Product/Design.
  • STYLACASE Delivered The Wrong Size.
  • STYLACASE Delivered A Product That Did Not Match It's Description/Image on our website.

Exchanges Accepted:

  • Exchanges are a one time exchange of the original ordered item or for a different/new design of the same item within 14 days of receiving your order and must sent (by you) within 14 days of accepting your refund request.
  • Please note - 'Express', 'Next Day' or any extra shipping methods, cannot be refunded.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Agreed replacements/exchanges will only be created and shipped with the same product but different/new design if requested, one time only. If you would like to exchange your item for a different design, share with us the URL/link to the item you wish to exchange with. 
  • Accepted return requests for faulty/damaged products, to avoid hassle and added shipping mileage, customers can keep their defective/faulty product and we will issue a refund or replacement only upon receiving proof in the form of images/videos describing the fault.
  • Accepted refunds for reasons other than damaged/defective items must be sent to the return address provided when we confirm your refund request via email. Return in the original packaging and in a re-sellable/like brand new condition. If this requirement is not met, we may decline your refund request.
  • Exchanges allowed one time within 14 days of delivery (after the customer received their item) and must sent (by you) within 14 days of accepting your refund request.
  • Order Issues/Defects must be provided with proof in the form of images or videos before refunds can be approved. See below information on what classifies as faulty/damaged.
  • If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
  • Please be aware that customers bear the responsibility for covering all associated fees when returning items. The customer retains responsibility for return packages until STYLACASE receives them. Hence, we advise customers to exercise caution by opting for registered and traceable services when sending back the package.
  • If exchange reason is due to STYLACASE error, we will refund you the shipping return fee with in store credit via discount code upon receiving your return and proof of postage.
  • After receiving your returned item, we will inspect the item and issue a refund if approved.
      • Replacement requests that we were not submitted within 14 days after the item arrived, will not be accepted as we can assume the customer enjoyed their product and damaged it.

      To obtain a replacement - head to our Returns Form. Please include simple, direct details of the claim.
