Please inform us at info@stylacase.com at the earliest opportunity of changes to address details. We can edit the address details before the order has left our facility (1-3 days).
We cannot contact the shipper to update address details once the order has left our facility. The order will then be delivered to the address provided.
If this unfortunate event occurs, STYLACASE are here to help and we will provide you the support to resolve the issue. We will replace the order at no extra cost to you, however Express/Next Day shipping fees are non refundable (if applicable).
In the unlikely event STYLACASE delivered to a different address from the order details, we will be responsible for the cost implications of a replacement at no expense to the customer. Or at the request of the customer, a full refund will be issued.
