STYLACASE uses manufactures setting the industry’s standard for workmanship, quality and durability. Your case is guaranteed by STYLACASE to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use for the lifetime of the product. However, in the rare occasion you notice your STYLACASE has noticeable defects, we have you covered!

STYLACASE Offers: A 6-month 1 time replacement guarantee of all products.

Warranty Excludes (screen protectors).

This guarantee covers any products that are agreed to have manufacturing, production, or obvious aesthetic print defects such as:

  • Snapping or breaking of the volume bar or Camera hole bar
(At any time during the 6 month period).

  • Image degradation i.e. Peeling, fading (At any time during the 6 month period).

Replacements are only provided for the same item that was originally ordered (if available, otherwise a similar item may be provided)

Limitations:

  • This guarantee only covers a 1 time replacement for the original ordered item.

  • This guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents or improper use. Incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from the guarantee. 

  • Any scratches, breakage, or other defects in similar nature resulting from normal aging, natural wear-and-tear, abuse or improper use.

  • Any damages caused by accidents.

  • Lost or stolen items.

  • No refund can be claimed during the warranty period after the 14 day return time frame.

  • If your product(s) is unavailable or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option.

  • This guarantee does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

How To Use Your Warranty:

To obtain a replacement under warranty during the 6 month period - contact us at info@stylacase.com. Please include simple, direct details of the claim. Clear photos or videos of the defects must be submitted along with the original order details, then after review, a one-time replacement of the same item can be arranged at no extra cost to you during the warranty period.

No items are covered after the 6 month period (begins when you receive your item)

Agreed replacements only include the original purchased product.

This guarantee is extended to the original purchaser or gift recipient of such goods and proof of purchase or gift receipt may be required.
